It doesnt say who placed them or was killed by. I havd been using them for shits and giggles but want to do it withon the rules. Can someone point me in the right direction please. Especially when you don't even know who could lockpick and steal the car some other time and without a way to check the owner. Go nuts. Quote Link to comment
