So, I was tortured by a vigilante today. Yes I'm going to name names here Paul Miller. He taxed me twice with an 8k bounty, then restrained me as I told him this was Vigo abuse. Then I recieve a reply of stfu and a plop into the water as I later drown to death restrained. I wish I knew how to record it would of been humerous and got him in trouble too.

I have actually seen some vigis doing that in Kavala lately. Tazing and restraining people under 75k and dropping them in the water to die.

I thought it was quite funny even though it is against the rules. I wasnt in a position to stop it from happening but like the age old adage record and report if you want anything to happen.
