I think Vigi's should not be able to read off your bounty or the bounty amount until they bring you to the Vigi Outpost. 

 

Best way to settle is to remove them, Which would change the server tremendously.

I don`t think it should be removed, but I do think there should be changes. For ex. vigis should not be allowed at cartels......there is nothing more annoying than getting tapped in the back from a kid with a taser while you`re rushing cap or trying to quick peak someone. I`m pretty sure it`s already been said that they can`t go to war zone (I could be wrong, I don`t keep track of these things) but it still happens. They also should not be allowed to take your gear, what`s more annoying than being sent to jail is getting your gear taken by a vigi. I am perfectly fine with being sent to jail....but it`s toxic when they just tase you to take your gun/vest.
