Real Casino Discord ::: BlackJack for Oly Money

Recommended Posts

Basically we are hosting a "casino" in a discord server, called Real Casino.

If you're interested in joining in on some BlackJack and other games as we figure out how to set them up fairly; PM me if you want an invite to the discord!

You'll be playing the "house" which currently is me, or Edson from Real Company. We are looking into allowing other players to host their own games as well, but you HAVE to follow the rules of the discord to ensure that no one gets scammed. If you're at all interested or have any questions, feel free to ask!

Whats maximum bet on a hand of blackjack? Does the table pay 3:2? Does the dealer stand on 17? Are there 3 decks of cards in the shoot?

Everything is explained in the discord "rules" channel. The house stands on 17, hits on 16. Also, we were using two decks, but session specific rules can be made if someone wants more cards.

The table pays what you bet. Basically you bet, for example, $500k on your hand. If you lose that hand you owe the house that amount. If you win the house pays you that amount.

The house doesn't always win. They just have a statistically higher probability of winning.

Say you had 100,000$ to bet against the house in blackjack, and you gambled indefinitely. Mathematically speaking eventually you would lose all your money. Regardless of how much you went up, you are always more likely to lose than win, unless youre counting cards and are a fucking genius.

I was talking about blackjack payout; Casinos always will double your bet when you win, however when a players gets a blackjack in their hand, the Casino usually pays more. Best tables pay 3:2.

I mean, only an idiot gambles indefinitely.

I think you're way overthinking it lol

Okay I see what you mean. When you win with a blackjack you get paid 1.5x the bet amount.

Either way, I think if a legit casino were to open, it would have to be run by the server. Opening a casino would be a great way to deflate the economy.

We could use some extra Hosts. Gotta have money though because you win some and you lose some.
