coin flips are kinda broken when it has no cap, I made 80 mil in an hour, which would make runs completely usesless pretty much.  So I don't see staff uncapping it anytime soon.

But someone lost 80 mill, it doesn’t pump anything into the economy so it is entirely balanced. The thing that is UNBALANCED is the fact that APD needs a BUFF so that feds stop pumping the economy.
