Stacking is an issue. There are lots of cops on the server and it's gonna happen when there's a lot of people who want to play. On the other hand, there are times where there are only a few cops on and they're mostly deputies.

That's the way the cookie crumbles. Honestly one way to fix it is - If you're on server 2- and there is a Fed/BW on server 3- You CANNOT leave server 2 to join in the event. I've seen it where the server gets COMPLETELY abandoned.

I don't disagree- However I think the stacking is the bigger issue, Which I think he will be addressing in the following weeks, and the aforementioned 1 corporal goes for all waves.

No. Already hard to do either unless you have a TON of people and the whole corp+ scout wave is BS.

Why did the rule change from way back when - as a corp+ you personally had to go through 2 waves, not just one corporal+.

I rekon if you force too much on people, heli's will be used only to scout with. (some may like that) but i'm not sure. it's a casual game for the most part it will push people away imo.

Yeah I factored that in considering I'm a full-time student in a difficult major, I don't have as much free time as some. However, that is the beauty of basing it off of percentage. Lets say you are only able to play for 1 hour during an entire week. Then as long as 15 minutes or so are on APD then you are in the clear. It's not about how much you can play, just how you spend the time when you do play

my point is tho if you do that, then you a VERY limited in what you can do. it takes time to do things, can't do a full drug run in 45 mins for example.
