I mean basically getting DDOS'd, everyone running in place and if you shoot them they will die whenever the server catches up. The server was completely fine prior to the event start and about 10 minutes in everyone just walks in place and we come back to everyone dead to one person because he abused the lag to kill us all. I don't expect the cops to comp themselves but I should be able to put a comp req. in for something like that happening I believe, we had a pretty easy fed until the server went ass up. Again keep in mind this post was purely out of frustration because of the frequency of the server stopping during our feds, just shit luck and irritating.

There needs to be something set in place saying APD and Civ can be punished for abusing the server freezing, I've lost 2 feds because of this bs. The one today thankfully the cops were nice enough to get us up and said we should be comped but then there's Brandyn who says fuck you and says "you could've done it too". Shit's dumb, yes I am ranting and butthurt.

Idk man, it's believable but at the same time the Olympus stats page doesn't exactly prove your story... According to stats your bank account has lost at most 20 mil gradually but you haven't lost 50 mil let alone all at once, that would be a very noticeable decrease on the stats page so either you are lying, it hasn't properly been updated, or there is some other answers you would know. Even though you are considerably dumb if you didn't let yourself get scammed so easily, admin should really be doing a little bit of digging into this to see if he is scamming because he is advertising a lot in chat which would lead to a shit ton of scams if it is true but like I said. Just did a lil digging on your stats page @ Ray Sission and noticed in a single day you went from 400k to 34 mil and now you are at 48 mil (possible with gambling of course and other things) so it's definitely possible you are scamming people and I wouldn't trust you at all but honestly if you are getting scammed it's entirely your fault for not having staff sit in for something that big of a purchase lol, very easy to get staff to prove they are staff also as said above...

If you're deciding between anzus and oly I would play oly lol. Tried anzus and got extremely bored, you can't do shit for a full restart because the timers are ridiculous to start a huge event and there are just too many rules.

It's not necessarily restricting any area to civs, it's just making it so warzone can be used as well... A warzone. I think it would be a great idea to give the bounty to the vigi if they successfully kill the member on cartel island and give them a much smaller portion of the bounty than cops get because well... Not hard to camp warzone rebel and kill a 2 mil bounty naked lol, but there are dead or alive bounties in the world so why not give lethals on warzone and allow a reward for murdering cartel members, it gives us civs the enjoyment of not being stuck in jail when we wanna fight and it still gives you vigis the bounty in a sense just not the arrest. I disagree with the vigis being at cartels making more sense, police raids on the cartel would be way more frequent than some random vigilante getting ballsy and taking on a whole cartel, like I said to frankie I am not opposed to the idea of a dead or alive reward for vigis if we give them lethals on cartels, they can still get a smaller portion of the bounty just not the arrest. No it isn't super common to see vigis there but I don't think they should be there at all tbh. Not everyone has a group btw, I know plenty of solo cartel players and even if they can rescue you, there goes your cartel fight because of one vigi. It was kind of put there for the entire playerbase, it wasn't put there for cops necessarily and I don't believe it was put there for vigis to go and get arrests. I am cool with compromise, vigis can still go there and enjoy it but they ruin it for civs when they send them to jail so let's have a middle ground and give them a lethal bounty reward. I still believe that there are huge bounties in way more areas than cartels but regardless, I do think even if it gets shot down you guys should bring the idea up. Would be a fine addition to the cartel experience I believe.

Why the actual fuck would a bounty hunter (vigi) ever endanger themselves and go to the deadliest hangout for criminals (the cartel)??? It's not only unrealistic in a RP sense but completely ruins cartels because you are not using it for what it was put in the server for. It wasn't put there with the thought that vigis would go and try to taze you and leave with your bounty, I remember back in the day people actually fought cartels and I never saw tazers unless cops showed up Oh and I have seen high bounties literally everywhere, I'm not opposed to vigis going to cartel BUT your weapon should become a lethal the moment you enter warzone or a cartel, I would be fine with them not even giving you a charge for murder but at the same time if they do give you a manslaughter charge that would deter you from entering warzone so I wouldn't mind if you still got the charge Cartel wasn't put on Oly for vigis, it was made for fighting and capping cartels as a reward. Also like I said earlier, the biggest bounties are quite literally everywhere except kavala, you'll find more high bounties out and about the island than you would on cartels to be quite frank. You can refer to my response to hunter as more reasons why vigis should have lethals on cartels/warzone and not a tazer. Just to clarify, I don't care to ban a certain group from going anywhere, however I do think if you have a vig license, your weapon should be lethal if you enter warzone/cartels opposed to straight up saying "no vigis on warzone/cartels".

I'm aware, none of my points listed had to do with the tiers of vigis and what they do based on those tiers. I am simply stating nobody should be on warzone with a tazer, only lethals should be permitted on cartels/warzone. I already said I understand why they camp therisa and rebels but there's no reason they should be allowed to go to cartels.

I think forcing their weapons to turn lethal on warzone is an amazing idea, doesnt the APD only lethal on warzone already? Been a while so I might need corrected on that. You do not belong on warzone if you aren't going to shoot someone and merk them for that fatty cartel money, the cartels aren't there for you vigi rats to ruin. I don't mind a vigi camping anywhere except warzone, obviously it's gay and ratty as fuck BUT I understand why they do it and you are probably just upset it happens to you which is fair, but you have to see it from a vigi standpoint. I will never understand why they come to cartels where only a rebel belongs and ruin that shit though. If this idea is considered (making their tazers lethal on warzone) then you also have to think about the idea of allowing a vigi to cap cartels if they aren't able to already but that sounds like a great middle ground for everyone. All in all, fuck you if you go to cap with a tazer.

I like the dispute system like I said, of course naturally people are going to assume staff are lazy if they release something that lightens their load so I don't really have a problem with the disputes in that regard because I don't think the staff are lazy for wanting to have grown ass people settle their own shit before trying to get bans, I just have an issue with the requirement. I notice you said that you just want to see a dispute being placed to show you aren't just witch hunting and that is completely awesome and a fair thing to do. I do however believe in my circumstance at least that if it has been multiple days and a dispute hasn't been possible, they have had more than enough time to have a chance to resolve the issue. Maybe having something like *If you are unable to dispute the player for 3 or more days you can file a report* or some shit might help. I did manage to catch a member of their gang online and received their Olympus stats page so that was a bit of a win but that only gives me their ign and doesn't really get me a dispute. Just feels like a weird little grey area that really needs to be defined because it causes a hassle for players in my situation that just want comped lol. Oh and I did actually message the staff that denied my most recent (albeit slightly aggro and I apologized for that) but sadly they haven't gotten back to me yet, I just made this to highlight the problem publicly and have it known and out there so it can be worked on.

There should be special circumstances where you aren't forced to dispute. I have no idea when I will be able to report the guy that VDM'd me because I guarantee he changed his name or just doesn't get on often. So that's a pretty big flaw they gotta work on because it allows people that break rules to get off free

Actually if you both agree to accepting comp and you still report the player, they can very easily show staff you agreed to accepting compensation and they will not be punished. If you comp them without agreement then that's your fault for assuming throwing money around will keep you out of trouble. I appreciate the response however you haven't really given any input that is new/helpful. I already mentioned that I am aware of the time in which I have to submit a dispute on said person and I am very aware I made a mistake which consequently made it so he is no longer on my dispute list but the question is does me making a mistake that prohibits me filing a dispute mean that I do not deserve to be comped or that player that blatantly broke rules doesn't deserve a possible ban or whatever punishment? My simple mistake shouldn't cost me so much especially when the player was blatantly trolling (I can show the vid if you would like).
