hey , i am a new player in olympus and i never played here before , when i am trying to connect to one of the servers its saying " you were kicked from the server (Banned.)

i have no idea why i am banned and i dont know even if its the right topic to write it , i dont know the admins so if some of you guys can help me with that in @ admins.
