Could someone give me a reasonable price to look for if I'm going to sell this house ( the one I'm in )

It has a shot into the square from the balcony / stairwell windows and it is a 3 crater. If you'd think you know a decent price, feel free to value the house close by as well. 

I had beent taken in by the cops and the bounty in the bottom right corner said 585k, the cop then ticketed me twice for 645k, i asked him to unrestrain me and let me check and I did, and it said 645k and showed my charges, but the bottom right still said 585k. Is this able to be fixed / just random? Can I get comped for this?

Weird, I was standing outside a window and shot through it, no vehicles involved. IDK

I shot someone with a tazer, it said I killed them, and I got charged with a vehiclular manslaughter. 3 Completely different variables, and I know it wasnt a lethal or anything, because I tazed 2 others with the same mag.

Is this a preventable bug / an accidental exploit, does anyone know?

Every time I see a plane, it's shooting at me. Never initiates, just shoots. Is there different RDM rules with them or something? Do they not apply?

Whenever I try to restrain a tazed cop, even if we have 3 guns raised at him on the ground, it says "You're supposed to be capturing APD members" and doesn't allow me to restrain him.
