Hey so my friend was being robbed by a gang, would it be rdm if I drove up and or got a friend(s) to drive up and shoot them all without notice? Say like I go and shoot the robbers with a sniper or something? Just wondering for further encounters lol

What does insurance do? also what do the different teirs of insurance do? I had a offroader with basic coverage, got it destoried and now I dont have it in the garage anymore.
