  1. Revising from my original post...

After assisting multiple members of BurBan through R&R, I've actually discovered that it's a good majority of them that are well-mannered and play the game in the proper rebel fashion, which is why they're called assholes: because they're good rebels. They have their flaws, yes, but everyone does no matter how much of a self-prophet they claim themselves to be. Wouldn't mind playing with 'em sometime and have some good shenanigans.

  2. New Years Resolution:

Bring up my GPA (it's 2.4 currently :L)

    Lose some god-damn weight

    Buy a kilt

Learn the basics of German and possibly Dutch

    Most memorable moments of 2014:

    My 1-year with my girlfriend

Friend drove us into oncoming traffic

    AMS

  3. Just a side note: for newcomers to Altis - avoid server #3 if you plan to make money.

But other than that, I liked a previous reply I saw: most of them are good and they play the bad-guy role well, but some of their members seem to be bigger assholes than their senior counterparts. I try my best to avoid server #3, because I know that I'm going to get bludgeoned by them, but that's BurBan.

Also, I laughed my ass off when I first discovered BurBan meant Burrito Bandits.

P.S. One of your members is an amazing shot, I was R&R and helping some guy out, who apparently had pissed one of your members off. Your guy took a shot that could have killed me easily, but he dome'd that poor bastard in one shot. GG Miracle.

  4. I like Moob's post.

Role-play is a key factor, no doubt about it. If you aren't role-playing, you're also not getting promoted as far as I understand. Not accusing you of any of this, but as a general pointer, role-play your situations. I promise you, almost every player will be a LOT nicer if you role-play with them; have fun with them. Anytime you see McDili arrest someone, he throws on a new character almost every time, and it's so entertaining to watch and hear. All of his processe

  5. Congrats, man! It might seem sarcastic, but you have to start somewhere, right? Just make sure you invest that, and make sure it'll make it a bit easier to continue making money for you. For example, save up and buy a house and, since you're a donator, get containers. You can store loads more drugs, and sell a lot more at one time. Cha-ching, right? Along with that, make sure you buy large trucks, such as the Tempest or HEMTT Box, but ensure you do bring friends along to protect it, since they're high-profile, and someone might want to pick on you.

But hope to see you around man, and congratulations again :D

  6. Shit man, that's gotta weigh tough, especially since it's your mother. Nothing but my sincerest condolences and highest of hopes to you. I'm not a believer, but you have my thoughts and e-love. I love my mom to death, and I can only imagine how much you're doing for her.

But don't give up, and continue fighting. I'll definitely forward this to the local churches around here that my family is tied to, and put a tip jar in my aunt's restaurant.

Only the most precious of diamonds are made under the toughest of pressure, and the strongest steel forged in the hottest of forges. Hang in there, Mama McDili!

  7. Never personally played with you, but that's all your decision man. If you believe that games are taking up too much of your time, then it is all in your power to change that. I wish you the best, and hopefully the choice you make will be of nothing of benefits to you.

  8. That's true, what Payne said. But I don't see too many Ghosthawks flying around, just when situations have arose and they subdue it, and decide just to cruise around in it before storing it away.

You must just catch it at the right time ;)
