Its a client sided mod but they have it disabled

Why doesn't the server allow JSRS Soundmod? Like... Its so much better than base game and just about anyone can get it. It provides NO special advantage for anyone. *For people who DONT know JSRS soundmod is a CLIENT sound mod that replaces base game sounds with WAY better sounds, but the server has it disabled.
