2 questions about storage crates. Is there anyway to pick which room the crate is placed in and also if i want to change houses is there a anyway to retrieve the one in my current home?

Are the cops seizing the helis like ifrits now. Im asking this because yesterday i had my ocra with insurance and everything on it impounded. I checked my air garage and its not there. im not sure if the you guys changed something i nthe new update or not, can someone confirm?
