Ok. Stop trying to buy gang sheds from people. It's not something the game can mechanically do. Let me list some facts for you here. They have to sell it to the realtor, and then it loses all its upgrades. Even in the off chance they aren't scamming you, you have to pay a total of about 40 mil mil on top of their price to buy the shed and then upgrade the shed. Read the civ council roundtable from this month. Most of the people trying to sell sheds will lose those sheds after the next patch anyways. There's still lots of primo sheds available across the map. Keeping your mind open about where to setup shop is a lot better play than dumping 100 mil into a shed. STOP GIVING THESE SCAMMERS MONEY.

Posing as staff is a bannable offense. I would try to submit on that and then see if maybe some nice staff member would comp your money. If they don't, keep making tickets up to Sr. Admin. 50 mil worth the effort.

THIS IS A SCAM. It loses all its upgrades. You pay him for it, then you pay 20 mil, then you have to pay 20 mil to upgrade.. so the price is actually 120 mil. Dont buy sheds from people, he'll lose it next month anyway when the new patch goes in.

If someone sells you a gangshed for 50 mil, youre paying 50 mil, then 20 mil for the shed then 20 mil for the upgrades. No shed is worth 90 mil when there isn't exactly a huge shortage of sheds rn.

You cannot sell gang sheds. It's not mechanically possible. You're paying for him to sell the gang shed to the bank, and then you have to buy it from the bank for an additional 20 mil, and then pay an additional 20 mil to upgrade. No shed is worth 110 mil.
