I'm running out of enemies to titan, and a good chunk of the gangs that keep saying they want to be friendly, and then not even having the leadership skills to stop their people from fucking that up. After this weekend I'm considering everyone a hostile regardless and everyone is a valid titan/bomb target. Mine's been through editing due to some staff members arbitrarily making new stuff up the last couple weeks. Put your hands up. If you're in a heli, autohover in place, lock your doors and keep them locked, await further instruction. Ground units get out and put your hands up.
