That's cool, but how many of the JR APD have even met him outside of disciplinary measures. He's not playing with them. 2 hours in a month of playtime is very very low. A PO has higher requirements than that. I get there's IA work and all, but there used to be a lot more. We need presence. Right now we need an active chief more than ever focused on building and growing the APD. It's not going to do that itself like it used to. Every role needs filled. The roster looks like a half completed hitlist right now.

Rexo is not active anymore. This is becoming a winters situation all over again. He has played two hours this month, only after being called out for inactivity. 3. Every rank on the server is expected to make their times, and the chief should set that example. Nobody hates you @ Rexo . Well besides House. Things come up in life. We get bored with games, we get busy in life. It's perfectly normal and it happens. Right now the server needs all hands on deck, and every position actively staffed. This time it hurts the server way more than it did with Winters' afking Chief. Most people think you've done a great job, but most people also think it's time to step aside and pass the reigns to @ xsmitherz . Step back to deputy chief, and if he needs to go inactive, it can be passed back without drama because it was all based on organized decisions on what's best for the server, and not a violent coup as your predecessors faced. I have faith in you @ Rexo . I know the type of guy you are. I know you'll do the right thing if you can't come back and be as active as we need you to be.
