I'm usually trolling, mixing making a point with trolling, or some variation that I can't even explain. This situation I'm actually fucking pissed about because it wasn't handled or applied fairly. CTF has lost a hawk over this, and tons of friends have lost hawks over this in the same situation, and when it comes to this kids turn, there's a list of excuses that have staff shielding him from any actual consequences. It was blatant. He didn't have to serve any ban time. He got to keep it. And the people pushing him to try to destroy it or steal it basically got told to go fuck themselves. Where were these special conditions that make combat storing have no consequences for the hundreds of AT's and Ghawks that have been transferred before this? If we're making up new rules it should be in a notice on the forums, not when it's time for someone to face consequences. Letting him off easy wasn't being nice, it was telling the people who got fucked over from his combat store don't bother reporting him in the future he can do what he wants. It took longer to write the ticket than the amount of time he was banned for. It was supposed to be a 5 day. You guys weren't being nice to caloom, you were being shitty to wilhelm. This is basically like the 'standing on a roof is probable cause' bullshit all over again. Should have been handled by a notice that interpretation of the rules have changed, but instead, it was made up on the fly and the rules were changed without notice to fuck someone over on the spot and then handled after the fact to notify the community there's new conditions. And I didn't make a threat to o7 over it... I said a lot of people are. I don't control anyone or speak for anyone but this shit was utterly deflating to the point it just ruins the fun of the game. Knowing that if I store an AT 5 seconds early that shit is getting ripped from me without a second thought, but staff wants to turn into a legal defense team for that toxic retard. And we still aren't being notified of what exactly these new conditions are. When are we legally allowed to combat store without losing our vehicles? Does this apply to everyone or just him? And once again, I know I sound like a broken record, but the entire argument as to why he shouldn't lose it is utterly destroyed by one simple fact: Staff have literally checked logs to see if people stored shit across the map who were engaged on, and then pulled said vehicle from them after.

Yeah thats never been the case since I started playing in like 17. If that was how it worked at all, there's a member of CTF that's owed a ghawk. I've literally seen them pull logs to see if people combat stored and ripped vehicles i the past. You're wrong. He is. This is a technicality. He joins for the entire day. Not a group, in gang. He joins, and quits right before he logs. Been doing it for weeks. Said at the very beginning. I don't know the cause of the bias, but this is bias. An entirely different set of circumstances was set for him to get this comped than has ever been previously set. He got a 5 day he served 20 mins of. He suffered no consequences for this. HE PULLED IT BACK OUT 5 MINS LATER. WE lost all tactical advantage in that time. Don't be dense. He had time to buy a titan and call for help. Nah. PIssed. This situation is so blatantly bias it's fucking ridiculous, and all the staff involved are acting like they don't know him when they've fighting for their life to make him not have to suffer any consequenes whatsoever.

If you guys really let this slide without reexamining it and bringing justice to this situation, then this server actually deserves everything Peach Collector has ever said and done. It sounds to me like they put it to a vote, and all his friends decided to vote to let him keep it. Because I know they aren't about to go back and give everyone their ghosthawk back they took in this same fucking situation. Well maybe, if you see a kid spending an entire week openly bragging that staff are protecting him from losing his ghawk.. it would seem in poor taste to completely reimagine all the standing practices and proceedures to let him keep it. He built this up... bragging about staff covering for him, and then.. in an absolutely unprecedented move, staff completely twist reality to cover for him and let him keep it with no precedent whatsoever. Then want to act flabbergasted when the people they screwed over are upset by the whole thing. CAN YOU SHOW ME EVEN 1 SITUATION IN THE ENTIRE HISTORY OF THIS SERVER where people were pulling up to land on someone who was engaged with a ghawk, he blatantly stores it, and serves a 20 min ban and keeps the ghawk. Never in the history of this fucking server has someone combat stored a ghawk with an engaged group about to land on them and gotten away with it with no real ban and keeping the ghawk. Staff crossed a red line here. You bragged about it the entire fucking time and you were right. So .. fuck this server. Apply the rules fairly to everyone, or lose the players.

10 minutes after combat storing you started off spending a week in sidechat gloating about how staff already said they'd cover for you and you aren't getting it taken. FFS you served 20 minutes of a 5 day ban. Fuck off. Somewhere in this chain of events, someone is covering for you, and it just cost them a chunk of this playerbase.

I've seen staff fucking pull logs to see if someone combat stored across the map and gave vehicles based off that. We were literally chasing, 1km and closing, and ya'll find some arbitrary reasons not to. That's a nty and an o7 for me and a good number of people.
