Trying to keep this professional... and once again, this is not an attack on your gang personally, or any gang. As I have stated multiple times, I'm friends with gangs also skirting the rule in similar ways. Why wouldn't they if staff don't enforce it. It amazes me you guys are coming at me this hard when you've filed harassment player reports on me for everything from calling you gay, to joking around that childish was duping when he couldnt connect. I don't report you guys for the countless permabannable things you've done and said thus far, so maybe, stop and think about how you're acting right now to someone who's legit trying to keep everything on the table with you.

Dragged... wayyyy off topic. This post was not meant to be an attack on a specific gang, and the only reason the gang base / turf abuse was mentioned because it's the only one I can mention publicly without posting people's gang shed locations on the forums. Apparently this was enough to warrant a diss track, so be it. Moving past that.. It would be nice if our Senior Admins+ could assess the situation and reinterpret the rules and then apply them to the server in the new environment of group based play instead of gang based play. All I'm saying. And despite what a lot of people are saying to do with just player reports, all that's going to result in if they did rule against the current situation, is a surprise bans and shock enforcement of something they've sat idle on for a long time. A notice would be preferable to getting people banned and having things stripped from them, and following through and developing opinions on whether some entities constitute separate gangs or not or whether they are basically the same group. That being said, my personal opinion, if players in a gang spend more than 70% of their playtime in a group with another gang, that group should constitute a single entity and should be treated as such with gang sheds, gang bases, and gang turfs. That's just common sense.

Your opinion on this doesn't matter. If they want to stay their own gang, that's fine. But if they do that, they don't get to take gang turfs when you have gang base. That's been an ongoing rule for a long long time, and the same goes for gang sheds. And I was really really nice to you guys for weeks after I came back. I was a diligent medic, flying over to unstick vehicles, revive, and as soon as that john beard guy found out I'm a girl, he started getting really weird and creepy on me and sending me titan engagements constantly while I'm on medic. Then the others started in and started blowing up my vehicles. I've only ever rvd'ed you guys' stuff once ever, on accident, and it was today, and I comped for it despite you having 0 way to prove it was me because I'm just like that. You guys have blown up 9 hummingbirds and 6 qillins to date absolutely intentionally. All you gotta do if you want me to stop attacking your runs and gold trucks, get john beard to stop being weird and creepy to me and leave me alone. This is about way more than just your gang bud. Please don't take this so personal. This isn't a witchhunt, the point I'm bringing up also hurts gangs I'm friends with but I can't blame them for abusing the system if staff refuse to enforce it. But no, at risk of dragging this off point, members of your group helped aegis in their fights when they were losing, and aegis helped you when you were losing. The only active aegis players that actually log in anymore typically run in your group 24/7. That is cheating. People have been banned for that same thing and had bases removed from their gang. But at the very least, Aegis could at least wage the defense that they, sometimes, exist independently as a gang from CnT. BBC does not. BBC only exists for the singular purpose of abusing game mechanics with wars, and skirting rules with gang bases and turfs.

At the end of the day trouble, I gotta a lot of respect for you for that. Ya'll did damned good considered you basically faced off against 2 gangs that were breaking gang base rules and working together to drive out a gang that is comprised laregly of new players you took in and are teaching the ropes to. Frankly you guys should get peninsula gang base as well.

Woo Silla got their gang bases snatched from them and given away to random gangs and i believe bans were doled out over it and that was only like 8 months ago. If we were to handle the situation fairly, AP should get the gang base back, Scrub Club should get the turf, and they should get a warning not to interfere in other gang's turf and base fights, and to pick one or the other as their group and only that one.... and even that is less punishment than woo and silla got for the same situation.

Most of the gangs preexisted though, and weren't created for that purpose similar the woo/silla gangbase situation. Shouldn't really need a report though it's clear as day. BBC and CnT have not existed outside of the same group for more than a half hour in months when both groups are online, and it's clear on the map all day... one has gang base other has turf. Some of the gang shed situations should definitely be ticket based because of potential metagaming and that's why I haven't called them out, but they have left this stuff unenforced so long long that a rule that was written in stone is now a gray area again, and before we start reporting, it should definitely start being enforced again.

Calling out a system multiple gangs, not just yours, are using to skirt the rules. You're making this personal. This post is not about your weird creepy obsession with holding me hostage and getting weird, it's about one specific situation a lot of gangs are abusing, and all the gangs who wont abuse it are at an economic disadvantage to them because of it.

Multiple gangs are blatantly skirting one per gang rules by just creating or having a sub gang that is grouped with them 24/7 take a second share. I know of at least 3 gangs right now that have a smaller gang in their group just to have a second gang shed where both gangs use both sheds during runs. Currently the same gang has a gang base and a gang turf, because a subgang captured the turf after they got the base. They used to enforce this heavily when Noble was a thing, and staff need to start enforcing it again please. What's the point of the 1 limit on things if we jsut let people use groups to bypass it.

No dispute system. No gang base at tower cap. Just people living in the moment.
