He had the shortest ban for selling money than anyone I've ever seen, probably the shortest on the servers history if I had to guess. That was mercy enough.

I mentioned that situation but I didn't call him out by name on purpose. Regardless, he had a purpose. He was useful. He proved to be one of the best hacker spotters this server has and has been a net positive for the player experience since he became staff. And, most importantly, he never violated Bohemia TOS and put the server in jeopardy to try to sell money. There is absolutely nothing to gain from promoting zeroblade. He's not smart. He has no dev skills. Sure he knows about scripting, but xlax knows a lot more and since he started denying he did it recently, he can't even acknowledge he has that skill. He should be on forever restrictions, or pemed for the things he's done. He's been, instead, given access to to even more impunity for his actions. Imagine how easy it will be to sell money when he can just spawn stuff in. He ... sold... money. How is that all of a sudden not at all a big deal?

Different times for sure. Imagine if there was a guy who was banned multiple times for scripting and selling money that got promoted to staff in 2019 and it really brings out the differences. It wasn't even that long ago lol. He got unbanned almost immediately lmao. Fucking wild.

Despite his long tenure I've had very few interactions with him in game, and haven't seen any really retarded shit come off from him. I never said a bad word about @ Millennium in any serious capacity.

I know he played daily with serveral Aegis staff members in groups of two and three for long periods of time. Hard to determine exactly who tbh, as they often rotate names in game, but you'd later see em assisting and hosting events and things. I believe most of the staff he hangs out with are dev side as most of their profiles would pop up dev or sr dev, but he joined aegis immediately after the first major ban and basically hang out with the exclusively since when I was actively playing.

Please, help them to understand, that allowing a man who use scripts on the server and sold money to be in charge of deciding who gets banned undermines the credibility of every staff member on this server. It makes people not have any trust in the systems put in place to govern this server. It puts open corruption on display for everyone to see in a braggadocios manner. Rules for thee, not for me. Imagine getting a lecture about a missing 1/3 of a second from an engagement from a guy who straight up broke the one rule you're never supposed to be unbanned for.

Staff didn't forget. Hacking+ Selling Money+ wasn't enough to stop their buddy from becoming staff.

Hey while I have you here... do you have any comment for the Olympus Times on whether Zeroblade's history of being a permed money seller, in addition to getting caught hacking, was taken into consideration with his mod promotion? Im banned because I pretended to do the biggest rule break there is on this server. Didnt even pretend to do. I faked intentions to do so to make them ban me. You actually did it, and are server staff right now. Fucking wild. So right now, Olympus has a staff member who sold in game currency for irl money, and was caught cheating. Nobody is second guessing this piss poor decision enough.
