    So the whole time ctf was up with vigis, vigis couldn't take cartels and apparently they can now? Was that an active decision or a bug? To be clear I fully support it and think it's a great idea. I'm just curious if it's something I can bet on in the future.

    unfortunately no... despite like 8 pushes i made in cc to make them sellable. I think the mentality is they dont want people playing realtor with gangsheds, especially since, even though you can't use them, you can still own then with inactive gangs. I see the other side of this. Someone's looking at about 50 mil to buy it and then upgrade it. Plus whatever you'd be expecting them to give you for you to sell it to a bank.

Not sure who you bribed to make them overlook that, but so help me god I'll have them all driven out.     Might as well just take the leap and add an 'usurper of CC' on there too. Tbh, mako isn't a bad or unprofessional cop in my opinion. If he's gonna be chief though, I wish he'd at least chill up on raiding the new players houses. I was lucky enough when I started to get a mercy check and an explanation of probable cause and raiding when I first started out. Mako just ruthlessly raids new players houses and doesn't gaf lol. Also, he never lets people pay tickets to keep kits like under almost any situation. Creates anti-apd resentment.
