Lower production quality and not as much filler. I put a lot of work into conducting a lot of interviews to make sure I got both sides of the story for the main article and it basically took up most of the time to do this.
It is this reporters opinion that the whole situation is top down.
Inactive staff cannot enforce consequences of inactivity on inactive faction heads. Inactive faction heads cannot enforce consequences of inactivity on Srs.
Wipe the slate clean, forgive everyone, and then up the minimums for important roles like admins, sr admins, faction heads, and enforce them and hold each other accountable to enforcing them. Anyone who cannot live with that should step down or you breed disregard for activity by demonstrating it doesn't really matter.
It's better to give active people a chance, even if they fuck up, than to promote the slow death of stagnation by enabling inactive staff, faction heads, and srs.
