I have been waiting since December 5th to play on Olympus servers. I subitted two full length appeals about my ILLEGITIMATE ban. Today I tried to submit my third full length appeal, this time, on the website's new appeal page. After a half an hour of typing, I finish and submit it, only to receive an error from the website, preventing my appeal to be submitted. Is there such a thing as customer service?

Sorry, I forgot to mention, that in all of my appeals, I have never been replied to. Not once.
