yeah he could be ruining his own fun in a way, but that's not necessarily where the problem lies. It does seem weird, and it doesn't seem like a roleplay server when that happens, even if there is no rule break.

at fault for what? his RNR might not cost any money, and then it's generating money for the RNR and generating warpoints and inflated KDs for the killer. This 100% seems against the spirit roleplay, and the purpose of a roleplay server, but I do agree with you there nothing stopping it. If you planned it in advance it would be potentially against the rules for abusing the warpoint system, but because it happened naturally I don't think it's against that rule.

If medic revives were free I'd absolutely start to abuse and fuck with the game mechanics like this more

Hello. I would like to inform you all that I recently used an abbreviated 3 letter version of the F slur (the one used against homosexuals) in a casual fashion. I would like to apologize, whilst also stating I think it was the most relevant word I could have used given the circumstances. I meant no harm to the peoples who that word has hurt. I hope my apology can be accepted and that I will be able to move past this incident. I still haven't said that other word on this server so that's good. May -dante- forgive me.

it would actually be cool if they implemented mathematically accurate blackjack where you could card count. You'd have to have a limit on hand size so the EV/hr was low enough, but such a high percentage of the players succumb to gamblers fallacy that even if they do play it properly, they're gonna experience some bad variance and will do something stupid and play imperfectly and lose money.

i'd be imprerssed if u start streaming on oly, we need more people to stop being such bitch asses about "oh no muh competitive advantage" dawg you hasve a sub 1 kd your competitive advantage is third party software called fucking aimlabs and playing it for 10 minutes a day, have osme god damn fun in this server instead of being in a permenent state of annoyance. that just ends up being some kind of RVD, there is no intent to roleplay there, what could you possibly be role playing? this is just trying to have an OP engagement message, which makes sense if you think of the current engagement system as a sort of game where you try to use the right power words because rather than engagements being a built in game mechanic with more clear rules of engagement, it's currently just piggy backing off of a roleplay text message system, where no one roleplays in it anymore.

So:

1. Too OP
2. Not roleplay
3. RVD you'd need to discuss why RVD shouldn't be a rule first

Yo watching this back this actually looks like RDM because he made another demand, thus nullifying any type of previous engagement and re initiating it here (from my understanding from previous admin interpretations I have heard). It doesn't matter if he said hands up or die 2 seconds before this clip started, because he said it again and didn't give him time to react from my understanding.

I haven't actually read the new and improved rules yet, so maybe this is covered in them, or in the examples section

Just one of my own comments: It seems to be ABSOLUTE EXTREME common knowledge forever in the Support Team, and the sRNR that there was an engagement range, but whenever I pressed them on it they were never able to provide the exact place where this mythical engagement range was located. I'm glad you guys are putting the common interpretations into the rules.
