Why was this reworded for the only entrance? Say a group has blocked off gate 1 why would I have to drive entirely around the fed and drive into a choke point instead of being able to ram it?
Not only does this bottleneck the APD from pushing specific spots at banks/feds, but also makes certain spots completely unfair in fights.

Chapter 15 of supplemental rules states Federal events follow red zone rules while active.
Neither chapter relevant to Federal events, illegal zones specify a cop can't remove or move vehicles when inside the zone. The APD handbook, specifically the section dealing with vehicles doesn't limit moving vehicles in feds. The rule is fine. Orbit is tweaking and doesn't understand the rules he follows.

The rule refers to not blowing up a vehicle. RVD means destruction, blowing it up. You can nudge a car out of the way in the rule still as long as you aren't blowing it up. And uhhhh, just impound that shit. Cops have a few rules to dictate impounding. All of them allow you to move a vehicle out of the way. Also why tf are you complaining. YOU CAN PULL GHAWK AFTER WAVES. You aren't limited to being purely on the ground.
Salty APD when they cant brain dead run in anymore and have to use their brain.
