how do gang ranks work ive heard many rumers rank 3 can access gang bank and 4 can kick the leader out i am just learning gangs

I think it goes

0 is just nothing

1 is access to gang shed Y

2 is access to gang shed I

3 is access to gang funds

4 & 5 can start gang wars
