What does insurance do? also what do the different teirs of insurance do? 

 

I had a offroader with basic coverage, got it destoried and now I dont have it in the garage anymore.

The wreckage has to disappear before it will show back up in your garage.

 

Basic Insurance returns your car to your garage and you have to re-buy basic insurance.

Full Coverage returns your car to your garage with all purchased upgrades and you have to re-buy insurance.
