how do i get a ban appeal?

i was told to get a ban appeal in the team-speak on my ban because i am not sure what i was banned for could someone please tell me how to do that?

First U would submit a ban appeal here https://olympus-entertainment.com/support/ if you would like to appeal it and you would sit in the ban center in teamspeak
