Theoritically the probleme is we can't do this right now cuz everyone is already in their own gangs discord, so I propose we collectively unionize to start using skype again as a sort of PVP zone. so if i blow up some of ur shit, i'll skype you then start talking mad shit bout how trash you is while ur still able to stay in the discord call.

Yep basically BI released an update which causes network issues with voice channels. Until they release an update to fix that we are leaving the system toggled off for now for server network performance. Same thing with the NPCs being signs too unfortunately
