Something I saw while looking at the donations section caught my eye, it said that donation rewards will be given to every player who donates if the goal is met. What is this donation reward?

is it nlr if the people that killed you broke NLR to kill you?

So, in this game cops are allowed to break NLR and come back repetitively to kill/restrain someone. Many people such as I think that is extremely overpowered. I only think major break-ins such as federal reserve raiding and jail-breaks should allow cops to break NLR. I think if someone dies they shouldn't know where they died or who killed them in their last lifetime. Who else agrees with me?
