Like I said before I’m not against it. Give more hands out is what I am saying. We are ignoring a selection of the population that have already spent thousands of dollars on degrees that people now are going to be getting for Atleast 10k less and who knows what will happen in the future. Why do the people who already put into the system not get there money back? Especially from state institutions

The reality is higher education is treated as a business in America as opposed to an investment in future generations. When theres an entire class of assets backed by outstanding student loan balances(SLABS) it's not hard to see why there's incentive to pressure young people to go to college. To wipe out all student loans or refund past payments (pre 2020) would be a total collapse of these kind of assets which would never happen.

@ Airborne hes collapsing it from then forward. And they gave stimulus. It’s tax payer money anyways it would be giving people money back they already spent. True it would collapse the system but money is an idea since 1971 and what the fuck is inflation in this administration. It’s completely possible right now if you truly look at it
