Facts. With everyone crying about the APD and how it is now, this definitely would be something to kill the server.

That side of the map is so dead. Would be nice to have something to get things more interesting.

No speed traps means no APD

Wave rule is pretty much cop NLR. Every time we catch someone doing an illegal run, by the time we get back on the 2nd wave the rebels are already long gone. Don't really see a point in this.
