Lethals can be loaded like you said. Say if your on top of a office building shooting civs, we tazed you twice and tell you to get down both times and you dont get down. Lethals can be loaded. The 3:1 Rule is iffy, I only try to fight when I can take out more than 2 people. If its more than 4 people I just surrender unless they are far away. So basically If non-lethals fail twice, Lethals can be loaded.

Olympus is a unique server. If it was the same as any other it would of died a long time ago. Plus, there isn't of legacy donors playing still because majority of them left at the wipe. If you want a Leveling up system go play Asylum. Stop bitching and enjoy the game.

Like I said Make suggestions please. You want to be happy what would make it so? You never know what we would like. Join the APD and Make your voice. I'm only a corporal but I try to make the APDs' Imagine better than before. So like I said, What would help balance the APD?  Also, I have not attacked you in any way. Just trying to let you see our side. 

What would make the APD less shit? Make recommendations and suggestions. More training? More Higher ups? Stricter rules? Less Cops? What would make "the entire civ population" happy?

You bringing up threads that got people black-listed. People do something wrong, they get reprimanded. Your focusing on the bad. Yes not all APD are excellent but I can tell you that majority of them try. Not everyone is  great at rp but I would rather RP with someone who is shit then not RP at all. There is always something to learn. Starting threads like this is not beneficial, its quite the opposite. If someone does something wrong talk to them about it. We are all humans, we make mistakes. At the end of the day, its a game. Have fun!

I know it wasnt about me. But its about something I enjoy doing. Ijust rechecked the whole convo and didnt see anyone call you a shitter. About half of the people who commented aren't even APD. People cringe at the sight of the APD because they cant get their way. Alot of cops Roleplay, You are just focusing on the bad. Funny thing is, When people do bad things, people flame. But when someone does something good, no body cares about it. Its okay, find something to RP and roll with it. Dont stop and quote rules, if something happens you dont like, record and report. 

Actually We have to get you down to 10 health before you get tazed, 9 times out of ten we are out gunned and out manned. We get 25k if we lethal them no matter the bounty (even if its a mil bounty), 40% if we jail them and 100% if they pay their ticket. If/when we die we can return, but if its in a illegal area (red zone) we have to go in waves. And on the note of "Now I understand why all of them are cocky, once you make it into APD there really isn't and reason to go back to civilian life. lol" Majority of the APD play on civ.

If you had a 2 mil bounty of only manslaughter's lets say. So you would have 100 manslaughters, Cops in rl would just shoot you on sight. There are things in place to prevent people using the tilda key under 150k while they are standing. You were in a car, therefore the plates could of been used. You get what you put in. Upload the Video and end it at that.

Thats not the problem. When you catch someone with a illegal gun they pull either "Its a hunting rifle" or "This is a airsoft gun, It shouldn't hurt." Constantly. No one ever comes up with stories either, they just want to be let go when they say it. 

 I do like 2k + minutes a week. Being most active doesnt mean having the most time.......
