"There's 140 people on a map spanning 25KM end to end, why can't medics drive to get ME faster than everyone else?" R&R is: 1. Robbed 2. Kidnapped 3. RDM'ed 4. Refused service (Either you can be denied directly, or we can be forced to leave) For reference I was added R&R only yesterday and now have over 150+ Revives. Trust me, we're working. I get it's frustrating but everyone of the medics when calls are active are doing our best to get you service.

I think you misread his post. He's saying that because advanced gang activity the PD had to be buffed to match them which in turn alienates smaller gangs and players is the point he's trying to make I gather.
