We are not a KotK or Wasteland server. As such I don't foresee this ever happening. Persistent bounties will be coming with the next major update.

Its the forum software that we use and they use. Its a pretty common type so many places use it.

The reason there not whitlisted is because they are still just civs. The only difference is they can arrest someone who has a bounty. If a person doesn't have a bounty they shouldn't even be touching them. If players are seen abusing or breaking vigi rules they will be dealt with.

You send a text to the APD. They will tell you if they are responding or not. If they are not able to respond then you made the attempt and can place the person in jail.

As a Vigi you are still required to have your gun holstered at all times in town. If you see a wanted player you must engage in proper RP. If they attempt to run from you then you may down them. If officers are in the area and direct you to holster the weapon then you must holster the weapon. The general idea of a Vigi is to capture wanted players when the APD are to busy to or are not in the area. If APD are in the area then it best to just move on to a different location as the APD will handle wanted players where they currently are. Now if you do catch a wanted player, you have to give them a chance to pay there ticket before sending them to jail. If they refuse the ticket then the officer needs to hand the player back over to you so you can place them in jail.

As far as I know the armor rating on that vest is the same as the other high end vests you can buy from the rebel base. It just looks much better then the other vests. I do believe the armor rating on the high end rebel vests also have a higher rating then what the APD uses.

The license removal is automatic when your placed in jail. We have it set to these 3 licenses as a way to deter a player from just saying screw it send me to jail. Its makes you decide if you are going to pay or sit in jail. If you don't have the money on you to pay the $5k ticket then you probably shouldn't have done something to get the ticket in the first place. Regarding his comment on the video recording, it wasn't being said with an attitude, its something we tell everyone to do so they have proof. If you have proof then you can submit a ticket and that player can be dealt with. My question to you is, how did you manage to get a rebel, driver and firearms license but not have a measly $5k to pay a small fine? If you are carrying all your cash around then that is something you probably should not do anymore. Only take the amount of cash you need to purchase something or you will most likely lose what you do have. Seems like in your first post as well as your first reply you are simply looking to start a fight with someone. Wheatkings simply replied back with an answer and you assumed he was siding with the APD when in fact it is something he has no control over, he was simply stating a fact.

When I hear an officer say "Freeze" I for some reason just begin to run circles around him and taunt "You'll never take me alive"

If there is a problem with one of the APD members then its best not to post the issue on the forums first. This will simply cause more issues. Its best to try to contact the person directly and try to work it out. If at that point the issue cant be resolved then feel free to send me a PM and I can get involved at that point and get things figured out. The age requirement is just that though. Just because a person is 16 does not mean they will get into the APD, it simply means that you have to be at least 16 to even be looked at. There are other factors that play into getting accepted for APD and not just age. I'm going to close this thread as it should not have been posted in the first place. Again go ahead and try talking to Travis before making it a public issue as there may be other reasons for why he denied you. Bringing it public allows him to as well bring his side public which could also effect you and how players might judge you.

Even snakes need a place to sleep once in awhile away from all the chaos. Just think of it as a crappy roommate who, eats all your food, leaves messes all over and refuses to help with his part of the bills.

Keep in mind if your using it to submit proof though the audio needs to be enabled or it will get denied.

There is alot that goes on behind the scenes that players don't see. Yes we lost 2 staff members but for reason. I won't go into detail as that is not right but I will say there was reasons for it and it was explained to them. As for the other staff changing things, not sure where ya get that idea from. We all try to work together so we stay on the same page. As I've always said if you have an issue with a staff member let us know so we can try to figure out what is going on and fix it. On that note I am sorry you feel the need to leave. We will be here when you come back. Have fun and enjoy your time off.

Dear god do NOT play with him in a MOBA. He is such a troll to him teammates....lol. With that said, what I have seen of his play he is pretty good.
