Illegal vehicles are not allowed to be insured, and these vehicles are the Ifrit, Hunter, Armed 50 cal, Taru bench, and of course the BW vehicles. So buy any vehicle outside of this criteria and then take it to:

1. Air Service Station
2. Truck Service Station
3. Or taking it to a "running" gas station, basically to find one of these is look on the map and see if the gas station icon is green or grey, if it's grey it won't work, if it's green it will work. Once you took your vehicle here drive it into the little garage beside the gas station and boom.
