Any one know what dimensions to use on the profile cover photo, seems like no matter what my photo comes out all wonky

problem is that the part you actually see is smaller. so the entire pick itself has to be 1921x464 (or something) but the thing you want shown itself has to be smaller. (dont know excact sizes)
