Slave trade in Pyrgos?

I saw the other day, there was an icon on the map out in front of the DMV in Pyrgos, and it said "Slave Trade"... I'm curious as to what this is, and how it can be done? I have not been able to find anything in the forums about it. also. seeing that inspired me and my gang, and we had our own slave trade with 5 slaves. ended up selling 3 of them for a total of 425,000 before we got ambushed. It was hilarious though! anyway. I was just curious as to if there was a way to get the slave trade icon to appear publicly server wide on the map.

Someone double clicked the map and typed in slave trade. Anyone can put markers on the map

It wasn't a normal marker though. It was like a symbol.

Before you type anything you can press left and right on the directional keys to change colors and up and down to change icons. Or something like that.
