permanent house keys

Still new to the server. my buddy has a house now and we know how to give the temporary keys . I saw in a post people talking about permanent house keys and was wondering if someone could explain how you give permanent keys.

You have to walk up to the house and windows key it, in there you can manage your keys / give people perm keys! you have to be nearby to receive keys tho!
