For sure no, I don't really see the reason on getting a 1070 6gb and bottle necking with a ryzen 5, especially for Arma a single core game you are WAY better going Intel. It is more pricy but you could swap out the 1070 for a 1060 and get an i-5 4690k and have a way better performing PC for Arma.

specific reason for changing the case because im not that good at this so i wouldn't know
