When does the most wanted list update?

I've had a high enough bounty for like a day now to get on the list but I'm still not there. I'm just wondering if it updates in certain intervals or am I just glitched or something cause the same thing happened before when I had a 5mil bounty a while back.

If you're talking about the stats page, it updates every 24 hours.
