@ CHEESE1 25mil, so not bad at all considering thats the base price + upgrade cost and other lowest villas I seen are 35mil minimum.

It 100% most certainly did.  

Was the inventory empty?  That's a bug that happens sometimes.  Can get it comped.

Happens a lot if you buy a house and it appears its not upgraded.  Then you have to softlog and if you try to upgrade anything you wipe the inventory. 

I'm not a scammer and I ain't tryna go out on that note.  Please keep me posted about this.

Nah, it had 3mil worth of mushrooms, and only some were processed already. I'm not worried about it, just making a joke. Cheapest Villa I'd probably ever get so I wouldn't be worried over a little bit of mushrooms when they take 10 minutes to gather lol

No it had 130 unprocessed.   The rest was processed. If my math was off, let me know and I'll cover the price difference.  I'm running the math in my head now and I think I was wrong.
