How can you compress clips

I use nvidia to clip and record my game but when using the clips they are to large to be used to file an report is there a way to fix this?

Usually people upload them to YouTube or similar site and submit the link. We don't have enough storage to handle everyone submitting report videos so we let YouTube handle that.
