Since this post a lot more was done with the development of the idea and is in a better place than when this poll was made and the example i posted no longer is the case for how they would function. What I will share is that Search and Rescue+ would be able to apply for the combat medic role once they hit the min requirements needed of 60 TIG with 8000 minutes (133 hours) time played as a standard medic. everyone will not be eligible for the role and will go under senior review before being allowed to take a test that is required before joining.
