(Disclaimer: this is a fictional story that has no relation to anyone. If there is it is merely a coincidence) There once was an Altis Police Member that had a squeaky voice. He always annoyed new cops and read server rules off to them. No one really liked him because he did these things.  He would also often say he would report officers for small mistakes instead of helping them fix them.  One day something called the BAN HAMMER struck down on the Corperal and Altis was then saved.

Im 100% certain this story does not represent any non fictional person either living or dead, and if so it is solely coincidental...
