There is a bug with OBS Where you cannot stream or record!?!

watch this video for help with streaming: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S53uMs-IB1M but their shouldn't be a problem with recording, if you haven't yet. add a scene in (Scenes:), then in (Sources:) add a game capture for the game you want to record (keep in mind the game needs to be opened to add the game capture). Then you'll be able to record, if you can't figure it out then I can't help you. You would have to watch a guide on OBS.

Btw, picture gives me the creaps

If the issue is arma isn't being displayed on obs then you need to enable anti cheat compatibility for the game source.

I added the scenes and all that. I've been streaming for a while now for other games. thanks Guys and I'll look into it.
