Chapter XII - Federal Events

• FTO+ can authorize Patrol Officer tier 3 vests only at Federal Events in extreme cases where the APD is vastly at a disadvantage.
  1. May not be authorized for any means.

 

• FTO/Staff SGT+ can authorize the following only at federal events in extreme cases where the APD is vastly at a disadvantage
  • Type 115's for Corporal's
    • May not be authorized for any means
  • Patrol Officer tier 3 vests
    • May not be authorized for any means
  • Authorize Spar and MK20 for Deputies
    • May not be authorized for any means

 

 

APD PSA

APD members are not to attend invasions. However, if a suspect flees into the event, APD may load lethals to subdue the subject. APD may also return fire if fired upon.
