pro tip: if cop disputes you for ear raping just say in dispute you roleplayed turning on the radio (only works if dante doesnt do ur report)

Instead of a tutorial, how about when there's new players,  staff gangs don't abuse them and break rules on them and get away with it?  The best way to retain new players is to trick them into thinking the staff on this server are fair, and not just a bunch of friends who have been given staff perms for being friends with other guys and told to go nuts.
