i already make ban appeal but BAN APPEAL DENIED

Click on the support at the top of the page and click on new request and make sure to put the department as ban appeal and then explain ur situation.

@ Harami You can always put another Ban Appeal in, in the Title you can ask for a Senior Staff Member. So (Harami Ban Appeal - Requesting Senior Admin)
