⭐NYPD Handbook Update (2/4/2026)

• It has come to my attention the APD have been making petty reports on the NYPD about being lethal'd in restraints after being robbed.
• A new rule for NYPD members when restraining the APD:
  • NYPD members must process APD members then hold them in restraints for 14 minutes 35 seconds.
  • SAPD must be held in restraints and ear raped inside a hatchback for 14 minutes 40 seconds.
  • NYPD members are no longer allowed to lethal cops in restraints since the APD love being in our custody. After the APD member has served his sentence in restraints drop them 900m from a garage.
    
    (We originally removed this rule since Xsmithers is a nice guy and we didn't want to cancer the APD like we use to do but it seems the APD haven't learned their lesson about being petty and trying to find any small reason to ban an NYPD member. That being said good luck retards now instead of crying in disputes you can cry to your teammates in Teamspeak that you're still restrained)
