From staff, to APD, to R&R, to the fan-favorite RDMers who somehow treat “random deathmatch” like a respected playstyle, the experience is less Altis Life and more Altis: Rules Optional. There are pages and pages of rules—literal novels—but somehow people still snake around them like it’s an Olympic sport. And let’s be honest, some admins are so lenient you’d think the rules were just light suggestions. “Oh, you RDM’d three people? That’s crazy. Try not to do it again .”

 

For full transparency, I’ve probably earned several bans myself that never came. And honestly? That’s part of the problem. When I’m surprised I’m not banned, you know the system is cooked.

 

Yes, the chaos can be fun—for a while. But eventually it stops being Altis Life and turns into a circus where nothing matters, accountability is optional, and immersion died sometime around 2019.

 

I have piles of clips. RDM, APD breaking rules, questionable admin decisions, the whole highlight reel. But at this point? I don’t even care enough to submit them. And that should tell you everything. When players stop reporting because they know it won’t matter, the server is already on life support.

 

I hate to say it, but I genuinely pray on this server’s downfall—not out of spite, but out of mercy. Hopefully when it crashes and burns, a solid chunk of the player base will finally realize there’s a world outside Olympus, complete with sunlight, responsibilities, and human interaction.

 

Anyways, I fully expect to get flamed, roasted, and told to “just don’t play then.” That’s fine. I don’t care anymore.

Just figured I’d say what everyone’s thinking.
